The Salzburg Card offers you free entrance to all attractions in Salzburg city like the Mozart's Birthplace, the Mozart's House, the Hellbrunn Castle and the Fortress Hohensalzburg, as well as free use of the public transport throughout the city (except trains). With the Salzburg Card you also have many other advantages like several discounts for concerts in Salzburg, the Sound of Salzburg Show and also for other attractions in the vicinity of Salzburg. You will also receive a brochure with information as to what is included in your Salzburg Card and with open/close details of each sight.

72 Hours Salzburg Card.

Please be informed that your Salzburg Card is valid for 72 hours - starting from your visit to the first attraction (first registration) or with the first use of public transport in Salzburg city. It is your own responsibility to fill in the time (Uhrzeit) and date (Datum) on the Salzburg Card, which is necessary if you use the public transportation (otherwise the Salzburg Card is not valid for use on public transportation and penalty charges will have to be paid). Please kindly exchange your voucher for the pass at the Tourist Office at the Main Train Station (Platform 2a, A-5020 Salzburg). They open daily from 09:00 - 18:00 hrs. It is possible to exchange your voucher at the Tourist Office at Mozartplatz (Mozartplatz 5, A-5020 Salzburg) which is located in the city centre. They open as follows: From May until October and in December daily from 09:00 - 18:00 hrs and from January until April and in November from Monday - Saturday from 09:00 - 18:00 hrs. Also be advised that the opening hours may change during peak season.
