WALCHSEE in TIROL
The Austrian province of Tirol provides some of the most stunning scenery in Europe. A popular destination for skiers in the winter season, Tirol is as popular in summer with hikers, bikers, golfers, tennis players, horse-riders and even those who just want to relax and enjoy the spectacular beauty of the region.
The charming village of Walchsee lies mid-way between Innsbruck and Salzburg, and is located on the shore of a small lake of the same name. The Hotel Schick is a perfect base from which to explore the Tirol, or even journey further afield to Bavaria and Italy. Built in traditional Tirolean-style, the hotel has all the modern amenities you would expect, including indoor swimming pool, Vital Heath Centre, rooms decorated with local timber and furnishing, excellent restaurant, bar and lounge facilities, and 2 elevators.
